The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that sometimes I wish it tasted more yummy but I just add it tea or juice or smoothies and it's fine.

I had bad PMS, and mood swings for years, but now it's a lot less when I use it. It's not magic or anything, but def excellent and worth every penny. My mom likes it too for her menopause issues.
