Shipping Information

Domestic Orders

All orders within the contiguous US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. All orders to Hawai'i and Alaska will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Shipping. 

Canada Orders: Orders to Canada have to ship via US First Class mail and also have to travel thru Canadian Customs and then via Canadian Post so please expect at least a week or two to get your order. There is no free shipping to Canada due to the extra costs of Canadian Post. 

International Orders: We currently only ship with the U.S. and Canada. If you live anywhere else we apologize. We're a small operation and we source rare and limited supply of ingredients from small farms, and are not able to service other countries.

Local Orders: You may find our products locally at the following locations: Durango Natural Foods Co-op, Nature's Oasis and Dancing Willow Herbs. All locations will take special orders. You may also place an order on our webstore. Sshipping costs may apply, but you can avoid shipping by purchasing over $75.

Special Shipping Instructions

All special shipping instructions must be noted on your order in the comments section. Example: Please leave at back door. Example: Please ring apartment ###. Your package will have a tracking number 24 hours within ordering, you can then contact USPS or UPS directly for further instructions for special delivery. If you did not receive a tracking number please contact us directly. 

Shipping Providers

Sarvaa Superfood ships via USPS or UPS. Upon request, we will ship via Fed-ex. All orders are shipped within 24 hours with the exception of weekends.

Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable

Sarvaa Superfood is not responsible for resending packages because a customer has provided an incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping costs if a shipment if returned to our warehouse because it is undeliverable (you can also choose to be refunded in the amount of your order less any shipping costs). Both USPS and UPS provide tracking information, and it is the customer's responsibility to maintain awareness on their order to avoid mishaps. 

Sarvaa Superfood is not responsible for shipments that are lost in transit or delivered to a residence and then stolen or unaccounted for. It is the Customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS and make a claim regarding their missing package. 

It is always best to inform our Customer Service team ASAP of any mishap so we can straighten out the issue and come to a resolution. The longer a Customer waits to deal with a shipping error (their own or ours), the longer it will take to right the situation.
