Orders can be discussed with our Service Staff Mon - Fri between 11:30 am - 2:30 pm Mountain Standard Time.
Web Orders
Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Weekend orders will ship the following business day.
Shipping Deadlines
Orders placed prior to 1:00 pm MST M-F should ship same day. Saturday order placed by 10:00 am should ship same day. Late Saturday and Sunday
orders will ship out Monday.
Returning a Product
Product that arrives damaged, missing or incorrectly shipped should be reported within two business days of receiving your order.
In the event you would like to return a product, returns will be accepted within
20 days after your order arrived to you. Please securely package the product to be returned.

Please Note: No returns on the larger sizes (anything over the smallest size) of any product that is available in multiple sizes. Please consume at least one smaller size first to confirm that you really like the product before ordering a larger size.
