Here are the important components you'll need for your best performance in sports, competition and any endeavor that requires concentration, or casual recreation:

Beet Juice Powder

Every ingredient in P.R.E. is there with a clear purpose. Nothing in its makeup is excessive or unnecessary. Beet Juice Powder is the first ingredient in this supplement due to it's unique nutritional make up. Beet Juice is a powerhouse of essential nutrients, especially before exercise! This may seem odd at first, but there is great science around beets: they contain an abundance of nutrients to support exercise strength and stamina by improving your oxygen carrying capacity and a whole slew of other helpful co-factors such as anti-inflammatory properties, and excellent anti-oxidants.

The most well studied component in Beet Juice are Nitrates. The super healthy version of Nitrates in beets enable your body to create Nitric Oxide. In fact, a 2008 study in Nutrition Bulletin concluded that Green Tea can improve mood, cognitive function, and physical performance. Green tea contains an ideal quantity of L-theanine, an amino acid shown to promote a state of calm awareness.

Green tea boosts your body’s ability to burn fat through thermogenesis. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition determined that the combination of polyphenols and caffeine from the extract of green tea created a “significant increase” of energy expenditure compared to the placebo.


Healthy Caffeine: Potent energy in a clean and pure way that doesn't wreck your nerves.

First of all, we need to recall how most caffeine-containing drinks work. Coffee and Tea are brewed in hot water and caffeine is infused into the water. Once that caffeine in the water is sipped, some of the caffeine is absorbed along the mucus membranes in your mouth, your throat, and then your stomach. This means that caffeine hits your bloodstream very quickly. Contrast this with the Matcha Green Tea powder that is in P.R.E.. Green Tea Powder that is eaten raw needs time to digest in the stomach and small intestines and therefore is delivered to your body at a much slower rate. This doesn't over-tax the Adrenal Glands like liquids that contain caffeine. But if you are accustomed to big boost from two shots of espresso then you may find the basic serving size of two level teaspoons of P.R.E. to be very mild and may need to double up to four teaspoons when you need a bigger boost.

Fasting and Cleansing

Can P.R.E. be used with fasting, or encourage a shift in the metabolic functions to need less food less often? Yes, but we would suggest starting with half of your usual quantity of P.R.E. due the fact that you would not be consuming your normally caloric intake during fasting or cleansing and therefore the nutrients and caffeine in P.R.E. would be arriving in your bloodstream more quickly than normal.

How to Use P.R.E.

  1. Take two level teaspoons (5 grams) in a few ounces of water as a quick "shot" about 5-10 minutes before intense activity.
  2. Add 2-4 teaspoons of P.R.E. to smoothies, shakes, or any meal. 
  3. Place 2-4 teaspoons in your water bottle or electrolyte drink, and sip during extra long workouts, hikes, or bike rides.
  4. Use 2-4 teaspoons in your favorite green juice. We suggest a mix of P.R.E, Gaia Greens, and Superfruit C for a super potent dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Please see recipe below.
  5. Add 2-4 teaspoons to your favorite fats such as MCT oil (liquid coconut oil), olive oil, etc. and add to other foods as desired for a slower delivery into your bloodstream.

In your blender or nutribullet, add:

12-16 oz of filtered water or coconut water.

One half a "greenish" banana (greenish for more prebiotic Resistant Starch benefits and less sugars).

Any fresh greens you like such as red leaf lettuce, kale, spinach or chard.

One small avocado or a half of a large avocado.

2-3 teaspoons of Sarvaa P.R.E.

2-3 teaspoons of Sarvaa Gaia Greens.

    I'm so happy there's finally an all organic Pre-Workout powder that feels good in my tummy, and works great for energy and stamina for all my favorite high energy actiities. I know they say to mix into smoothies etc, but I just put it in my water bottle with a squirt of lemon juice and I'm good for hours. Taste is fair, but has really grown on me.
