The Worst One. You probably already know that of these three, sugars are by far the worst for those of us trying to lose some weight. Why is this? Because in this case the term, "sugars" refers to all fast-burning carbs like any kind of flour-based foods to actual sugar in all it's many forms.
The Worst Way. One of the worst and most addictive ways we consume fast-burn carbs is in liquids. Why? Basic evolution and physiology. In liquids such as juice, soda, sweetened coffee, beer, wine and overly sweet smoothies, the fast-burn carbs arrive in your bloodstream in seconds. And yet, your body can't utilize that many fast-burn carbs that quickly, so your liver quickly turns those carbs into fat to store it for later.
Flour Power. You probably know that all forms of flour turn into sugar (glucose) in your blood stream within minutes. Easy habits to help reduce cravings

So instead of going for hours on end without eating, and then possibly crashing and triggering your "survival brain," gift your physiology with a steady routine that lets it know that you care.

I am very particular about the foods I put into my body, and have spent so many years adjusting my diet to accommodate natural maintenance of an endometriosis diagnosis.
