Sarvaa's Awesome Autumn Recipes

Is your body feeling the cooler weather and the shorter days? 

Are you craving more nurturing foods? Baked Goods? More Protein? More Carbs to help you stay warm? 

Need inspiration for holiday potluck ideas? If so, here are recipes you may love as much as we do!

Sarvaa Golden Bliss Custard

Golden Bliss Custard

Use a food processor to mix the following:

1 cup of very warm water.

1 cup of cashews.

1/2 cup of blanched almonds, or 1/3 cup of flax seeds. (soaked for 20 min.)

1/2 cup of coconut oil.

1/2 cup of maple syrup, or honey.

1/4 cup of fresh chopped ginger.

2-3 teaspoons of Sarvaa Golden Bliss powder.

1-3 teaspoons of cinnamon.

Vanilla to taste.

Salt to taste.

Enjoy!

Sarvaa Protein Pudding

Protein Pudding with Healthy Fats.

Use a food processor to mix the following:

1 cup of warm coconut milk. (Full fat, culinary coconut milk in a can)

1/2 cup of whole large cashews.

1/4 cup of soaked almonds. (preferably soaked overnight, or in warm water for an hour)

1/2 large banana (not too ripe, ie no spots)

1/2 cup of coconut oil.

1/4 cup of maple syrup, or honey.

1/2 cup of Sarvaa Pacha Protein or Sacred Strength powder.

2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon.

1 teaspoon of Vanilla. Or to taste.

1/2 teaspoon of Salt. Or to taste.

Optional:

1/4 cup of fresh chopped ginger.

An extra 1/2 cup of Pacha Protein.

Warm the oil in a small saucepan and then add the honey or maple syrup. If the cashews are cold in your fridge put them in the warm oil for 5 minutes to soften them. Then pour all ingredients into your food processor and run until smooth and creamy. You may like the texture better if you remove the red skins of the almonds.

Sarvaa Protein Ginger Cookies

Gluten Free Protein Ginger Cookies

1/3 cup of water.

3/4 cup of coconut flour.

3/4 cup of amaranth flour, or oat flour.

1/2 cup of Sarvaa Pacha Protein (or Sarvaa Sacred Strength)

1/3 cup maple syrup.

1/2 cup of coconut oil.

1/2 cup of ghee, or butter or coconut oil.

1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of peeled and chopped ginger.

2-3 Tablespoons of cinnamon.

25 Whole large almonds (40 - 50 grams).

50 Whole large cashews (90 - 100 grams).

Vanilla to taste.

1 level teaspoon of salt, or to taste.

Mix the liquid ingredients together and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients together, and then fold in all the liquid ingredients.

Form into medium size cookies and bake at 325 for 15 minutes, turn off heat and let bake for another 10 minutes.
