Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie.
Just in time for the Autumn Equinox!
In your blender:
Start with 12-20 oz of water, add 1 small handful of cashews, 1-2 Tbls chia seeds, 6 soaked almonds or 1 Tbls of almond butter, half a Delicata squash, or a few Tbls of pumpkin, 2-3 Tbls of Sarvaa SuperFood Sacred Strength, 1-2 Tbls of Coconut Oil, extra ginger or cinnamon to taste, (there's already ginger and cinnamon in Sacred Strength), a bit of salt to taste, and a tiny dash of cloves. Or you could use a bit of your favorite pumpkin pie spice blend instead of the ginger and clove.
Note on Sweetness: Everyone is used to differing levels of sweetness. If you're making this for friends or family that are used to sweeter foods you can always add your favorite sweetener to this. Especially if you are using the squash or pumpkin in raw form. The cooked versions will naturally be a bit sweeter.
Pumpkin Pudding Version: Add extra Coconut oil, or a can of coconut milk, then just place in fridge for 1 hour.

Beet Inflammation with Hibiscus and Turmeric!
12oz Coconut Water, 3 tbls Sprouted Almonds, 1 tbls Chia Seeds, 3 tbls Sarvaa Pacha Protein Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric, 2 tbls of coconut oil, and topped with cacao nibs.
6 oz Beet Juice, 2 tbls Chia Seeds, 1 tbls coconut oil, 1 large tsp Hibiscus Flower Powder
