Optimize your workout by refreshing your cells with nutrition that actually helps you get the most out of your exercise routine every time!
When you set your body in motion, you wake up all of your organs and tissues. Moving into an intense workout can leave your cells happily exhausted: they've served you well. In exchange, feed them well after you've exercised with the nourishment that they deserve so that you can stay bright and vibrant.
As someone who works out intensely 2 - 3 times a week, I've created a routine with some Sarvaa products that you may enjoy. You can replicate my formula or take it as inspiration to concoct your own personal post-workout recovery fuel. The bounce-back in my energy is tangible...without any stimulants! In this short interview, I describe the details of how I use three specific Sarvaa powders: Sacred Strength Protein Powder, Golden Bliss Anti-Inflammatory Powder, and Adrenal Assist.
How it works:
I mix a post-recovery "shot" of the following Sarvaa ingredients in a small jar that has a lid. By first filling the jar with about 2/3 water, I then pour in about 1 - 2 tablespoons of Sacred Strength, a heaping teaspoon of Golden Bliss, and a heaping teaspoon of Adrenal Assist.
Having some protein after your workout is imperative to rebuilding healthy muscle tissues and to jump start the healing process. I personally choose Sacred Strength because the proteins in it are easily digestible. Besides the protein, this formula also contains adaptogens that regulate my body's endocrine system.
I include Golden Bliss for its anti-inflammatory properties, ensuring that any stress or strains that I may have induced in myself while training have less of a chance to turn into something more serious. It also reduces pains that may be present.
Lastly, but certainly not least, I throw in Adrenal Assist. Fully comprised of adaptogens that directly have a positive impact on my adrenal glands to help me eliminate any "fight or flight" that my body may have gone into during my workout, and rapidly shifts my nervous system back into a peaceful state of "rest and digest." (Our organs operate at their highest levels when we are in this state, also known as parasympathetic.)
Fun Bonus: This routine of including vibrant superfoods right after I workout is also a part of my healthy weight management plan on a weekly basis. This strategy works wonders with keeping trim and fit and avoiding cravings for sweets and carbs. Unlike a lot of protein bars that can contain high amounts of hidden sugars, refined flours, and rancid oils, I've found this combination to be a clean, potent, low-carb weight management solution.
My recommendation is to replenish your body with clean nutrition as soon after your workout as possible. You may not be hungry at all after exercising, which is why shaking up a shot of these powders in a small jar of water is perfect. It isn't filling, and goes into your system with rapid effectiveness.
One final word: Drink lots of water! Throughout your day, and especially after your workout. Your entire system syncs into a smooth rhythm when it's well-lubricated with pure water.
